We can provide integrated fracturing solutions covering fracturing pump units, manifolds, wellhead connectors as well as high and low pressure pipelines. The complete equipment features large displacement, high pressure and intelligent design with a maximum working pressure of 140MPa, satisfying large-scale fracturing reconstruction demands of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs such as shale gas and tight oil. High-pressure pipe fittings are manufactured via forging and heat treatment processes, and the inner wall anti-corrosion and wear-resistant coating has passed 100,000 cyclic impact tests, featuring high safety, reliability and long service life. The production line is equipped with CNC machining centers and intelligent inspection systems, with 100% on-line inspection implemented in key processes to ensure stable and controllable product quality. The commissioning of this project will greatly enhance our domestic supporting capacity for fracturing equipment and facilitate the economical and efficient development of unconventional oil and gas resources in China.
